| Equipment and technology for cleaning of pipes, channels and other internal surfaces against foreign residues |
|
Specifically for this technology our specialists developed the electrohydropulse equipment providing for a high level of foreign covers and residues removal from internal surfaces of pipe inductors, pipes, channels, apertures, and also for heat-exchanger surface cleaning having various diameters. Technical characteristics of EHP «VEGA-3I»
The equipment is operated as follows: Treatable internal hollows of inductors, pipes, channels, apertures to be cleaned are filled with water and the working electrode is supplied inwards, and the high-voltage equipment switches on. High-voltage discharges in water between an electrode working core and a treatable surface generate shock waves and hydrostreams which crush the undesirable residues. By moving a cable-electrode along treatable surfaces, the later are cleaned. Upon termination of treatment the high-voltage equipment is switched off and the cable-electrode is extracted from the treated object which is then washed out by a water stream – this action provides for wash away of the crushed residues. Qualitative salt residue removal and also other fragile undesirable residues from the inductor without its dismounting from the furnace is thus ensured. The plants operate in a manual mode and they are controlled by a remote control panel. The plant consists of 2 blocks having total weight of no more than 70kg easily arranged in a car boot. Occupied area makes no more than 0.5 m2. |

Electrohydropulse technology of foreign covers and residues removal, including from cooling jackets of melting furnace inductors and heat-exchange appliance pipes is based on use of high-voltage discharges in a liquid produced between a working electrode and a treatable object and accompanied by a complex of physical phenomena, the so-called electrohydraulic effect being an electric explosion in a liquid generating powerful shock waves and liquid hydrostreams which provide for crushing and removal of foreign covers and residues by making oscillations both in treatable objects and in covers and residues to be removed, evoking crack formation in the later and also their delaminating from the surface of treatable objects.
