Equipment and technology for crushing of ferro-concrete foundations and oversized minerals

Our specialists developed an electrohydropulse technolgogy for crushing of ferro-concrete foundations, ceilings and walls having thickness more than 250 mm at reconstruction and planned repair of workshops and crushing of strong mineral formations.

The technology can be realized by electrohydropulse plants "Bazalt-2M", "Bazalt-3", "Bazalt-4", "Bazalt-4A".

An operating principle of the equipment is grounded on use of high-voltage discharges in a liquid accompanied by a complex of physical phenomena, the so-called electrohydraulic effect being an electric explosion in a liquid (almost energy generation in the set point), resulting thus in crushing of strong materials.

The technology is recommended to be applied at the enterprises where reconstruction involves great scope of work on foundation crushing in the conditions of acting workshops, and also in hard-to-reach areas (basement and floor premises), in open pits, etc.

The technology is used:

  • To mechanize the process of concrete and steel concrete crushing in hard-to-reach areas;
  • To perform foundation dismantling in the conditions of an acting workshop, thus the crushing pulse character does not influence the work of the nearby equipment;
  • To shorten 10-12 times the operating time for pneumatic tools, to reduce dust, vibration, and noise effect;
  • To increase labor productivity for foundation, ceiling and walls dismantling 5-8 times, to accelerate commissioning of the reconstructed production premises, respectively.

Plants "Bazalt-3", "Bazalt-4" are designed as an aggregate that houses a pulse current generator, a technological unit – an electrode with high-voltage tails that enable crushing of objects at a distance of 10-45 m, a portable remote control panel. The plants can be transported by all types of transport: "Bazalt-2" having load-carrying capacity more than 3 t, "Bazalt-3" having load-carrying capacity more than 0.5 t. Two persons perform maintenance of the plant. Plants "Bazalt-3A" and "Bazalt-4A" are mounted on the car trailer.

Foundation crushing is performed as follows. Into earlier punched spurs in an object to be crushed having diameter 42 - 45 mm and depth 200 - 600 mm with a step 300 - 800 mm (depending on object strength) the water from the enterprise water supply system is filled in and a working electrode is mounted, a pulse current generator switches on and between current carriers of a working electrode the high-voltage electric discharge originates, the pressure pulse in the discharge channel thus reaches 10000 МPа that allows for splitting of portions having weight 20 – 400kg. To increase the discharge power in a spur energy generating compositions are used.

The cost of EHP of models "Bazalt-3A" and "Bazalt-4A" is by 10% higher than "Bazalt-3" and "Bazalt-4".

Our specialists render their assistance to the Clients in mounting, adjustment and commissioning of EH plants, consult on the issues concerning the technology of electrohydraulic treatment, taking into account specific features and range of products that should undergo crushing, train the service personnel, perform warranty and post-warranty service of the equipment.
