| Equipment and technology for fracturing and refining of ceramics, porcelain and other fragile materials, including high-strength fireproof materials |
|
The technology is intended for fracturing and refining of technological wastes, scrap, off-grade products from ceramics, porcelain, high-strength fireproof materials, and also various types of glass (including reinforced by a metal gauze) and other strong mineral formations which are difficult for processing by conventional mechanical methods. The technological process is grounded on destructing effect by a complex of physical phenomena arising at the high-voltage pulse electric discharge between the electrodes in a technological bath filled with liquid (water) housing a treatment object inside. This technology is used:
Application sphere: the enterprises of mining, chemical, glass, fireproof, building, radio-electronic, fuel and energy and other industries. This technology is realized by electrohydropulse plants developed on the basis of multiple-purpose electrohydropulse plants widely used (first of all for cast cleaning) not only at the enterprises of CIS (more than 500 pcs.), but also in highly developed foreign countries (Japan, Germany, Czechia, Hungary, etc.), enjoying thus the experience of their development and making, their peculiar design concepts, and also the experience in developing and implementation of the EHP ("Ingul-2", "Ingul-3", "Breeze", etc.) for fracturing and refining of various fragile materials. The plants consist of the following parts: a technological part providing for material fracturing and refining to the preset sizes and its transportation outwards the plant; a power part (high-voltage equipment) providing for high-voltage electric discharges production in a technological chamber; a control system providing for remote control over mechanisms for all operations of a technological process.
Productivity and power consumption of the process depends on durability, initial sizes and demanded level of fracturing and refining of the material. Ceramics, porcelain and other fragile materials are fractured as follows: Materials to be fractured are delivered by the conveyor or manually in a loading hopper whence they get to a technological chamber to undergo electrohydropulse treatment (refining to the preset sizes). Depending on required productivity and particle sizes, one-, two- or three-stage treatment is performed at which the particles of necessary sizes go through cracks in the sorting machine into the bottom part of a working container whence they are taken by the conveyor or hydrotransport outwards the plant. The specialists from the Science and Technology Center "VEGA" can develop the technical documentation for the plant; the Center deals with making and delivery of equipment; on-site designer supervision for mounting, adjustment, commissioning and optimizing of the technological process, as well as service personnel training. |
