Equipment and technology for a core knockout from the casts produced by a method of investment patterns |

The electrohydropulse technology and the equipment for moulds and cores removal from the casts produced by investment pattern moulding (precision moulding) provide for 100% removal of moulds and cores. Treatment is carried out at two stages; at the first stage the outer coat and approximately 90% of cores are removed, then the parts are cut from a standpipe, and at the second stage additional cleaning is done in a special appliance purposed for the parts with incompletely removed cores. For the purpose to realize this technology, EHP of models 36151Т and «VEGA-11Т» are most appropriate.
The electrohydropulse technology enables removal of cores from internal channels of casts of any complexity, including the hydraulics, with simultaneous decrease in internal stresses in casts and their sizes stabilization, respectively.
The deformation after mechanical treatment of central aperture walls (ovality) of the hydraulic distributive valve cast due to internal stresses thus makes: for the EH treated casts ~2 microns and for the conventionally treated casts - about 9 microns.
